What's included in the fixed price
For €249/month (or €199/month on the annual plan), the Agency plan includes unlimited users, contacts, and WhatsApp channels, 5,000 AI credits per month, full white-label, unlimited sub-accounts, and the full v3 API — at no extra cost, unlike the Starter and Pro plans, where API access is a €39/month addon.
What isn't included yet
Billing to end clients is done manually by your agency, via Moloni, outside the platform. An automatic rebilling tool within WhatSMS has been identified and is under internal evaluation, with no announcement date — we'd rather be upfront about what doesn't exist yet than promise something we can't confirm today.
How to decide the margin per client
Since the Agency plan has a fixed price, what you charge each end client and the margin you apply are entirely your decisions — the platform doesn't impose a per-sub-account pricing model.
